Emmanuel Child Educare which is behind Semb Shopping Ctr is a good choice for me.  So far, I think they are the only centre install with CCTV Cam monitoring in all classroom that I can feel safe. I used to watch my child when she 1st started in pre-nursery. now k2 no need already. Competent teachers. Reasonable fees.
